From Free to a paid plan. Open Pricing while signed in. Each paid plan shows a Move to button. Press it, confirm on the next page, and you are taken to a secure Stripe card page. Once payment is set up the dashboard shows the new plan within a minute, and the join page lets members in past fifty.
Between paid plans. Use the same Pricing page and the same Move to button. Your card on file is used.
Down to Free. Cancel from Billing with Cancel at period end. Your paid plan runs to the end of the month you paid for. After that the account is paused until you choose a plan again. From the lapsed page you can subscribe again or carry on for free, which asks you to tick the Free plan's consent box, since the consent is Free's price.
Your members, stamps, reward codes and campaign history come with you in every direction. Nothing is deleted by a plan change. If you move down to a plan with a smaller member cap than your club, existing members stay; the join page simply stops letting new ones in until there is room.
