Three plans, all in Australian dollars, paid monthly by card, cancelled any month. No GST is charged because the business is not registered for it. The Free plan runs the card in full for fifty members in return for a marketing consent; the paid plans add room and campaigns.

Pricing questions
Is there a trial of the paid plans?
No trial, and no need for one. Start on Free, run the card for real, and move up when the club passes fifty or you want to send a campaign. Your members and stamps come with you.
What happens when I hit 50 members on Free?
The join page tells the next person the club is full for now, and nothing is stored. Existing members keep stamping. Move to Regulars and the door opens again.
Is GST added?
No. The business is not registered for GST, so the price you see is the price charged. Invoices are on the Billing page.
How do I pay?
By card, monthly, through Stripe. Card details are entered on a Stripe page; they never pass through Counter Club. Change the card any time from Billing.
How do I cancel?
Press "Cancel at period end" on the Billing page. The next charge stops and the plan stays on until the end of the month you paid for. After that the account is paused until you pick a plan again, with every member and stamp kept.
Can I move between the paid plans?
Yes. Pricing shows a "Move to" button when you are signed in. Press it, then "Continue": the price changes in place on the card you have on file, the difference for the rest of the month is settled now, and the change shows on Billing within a minute.
Do campaign messages roll over?
No. The allowance is per calendar month, Melbourne time, and starts fresh on the first.
Does paying improve my place on Not a Chain?
No. Counter Club and the directory are separate. No plan buys a listing, a rank, a badge or anything else on the directory.
If my payment fails, do my members lose their stamps?
No. Your plan stays on while we retry, the dashboard asks you to update the card, and the overdue amount is taken as soon as you do. If the plan ends, everything is kept until you choose a plan again.
Put the QR by the till this week
Setting the card takes two minutes. The first fifty members are free, paid for by a marketing consent instead of a card, and the card runs in full from day one.
