Every campaign message carries an opt-out link that belongs to the member who received it. Opening the link shows a page naming your shop and a single button, Stop messages. Opening alone changes nothing; pressing the button does. The page then confirms no more messages will come from your shop and that stamps and rewards are kept.
On Local Favourite, texts come from your own number, so a reply works too. A reply that starts with "STOP", "unsubscribe", "opt out", "no", "cancel", "end" or "quit" opts that member out of your shop, and your shop only.
One opt-out covers both email and text. The member's row on the Members page is marked as opted out of messages. They stay in the list, keep every stamp and reward code, and can be stamped as before. Every future send skips them; there is no override.
You cannot undo an opt-out, and the member cannot either by joining again, because the same mobile comes back to the same opted-out record. If a member asks for messages back, email hello@notachain.com.au and we will clear it. A member who wants out but has no message to hand can ask you, and you email hello@notachain.com.au with their first name or mobile as shown on your Members page.
