You can sign in with your email and password, or ask for a sign-in link. On the login page, enter your email under Get a sign-in link and we email you a link that signs you in on its own. Counter Club never emails a password.
Forgot your password. Sign in with a link, then open Account and set a new one. Within fifteen minutes of a link sign-in the Account page does not ask for the current password, because the link stands in for it. After fifteen minutes it does.
Setting or changing a password. Account shows whether a password is set. Enter the new one twice, ten characters or more, and press Set password. Every other device is signed out at once, this one stays in, and an email goes to your confirmed address saying the password changed. If you did not change it, sign in with a link straight away and set a new one.
Too many wrong attempts at a current password locks the change for fifteen minutes; a link sign-in gets round it.
