A customer scans the QR by your till. On their phone they see "Join" followed by your shop name, how many stamps earn the reward and what the reward is. They type their mobile and press Text me a code. We send a six-digit code. They enter it, optionally add a first name and an email, and press Join. Their phone says they are in and to show their mobile number at the counter to collect stamps.
On your side, open Members. The new member is at the top of the list, shown by first name if they gave one, otherwise by mobile. Their stamp count is zero. Press Stamp on their row. The count becomes one.
That is the whole thing, and it is what happens at every visit from now on: they say their name or number, you find the row, you press Stamp. When the count reaches your target the button shows "Reward earned" with a six-character code, and the same code appears in the Rewards waiting column. Hand over the reward. The card has already started again.
