Members lists your whole club newest first, 100 to a page, with Newer and Older links and a count of members underneath. Each row shows the member by first name if they gave one, otherwise by mobile; their stamp count; any reward codes waiting in the Rewards waiting column; the date they joined; and a Stamp button. A member who stopped messages is marked as opted out of messages, and still appears and still collects stamps.
To stamp at the counter, ask for a first name or the mobile, find the row and press Stamp. The search box above the list finds them: type a first name, or any part of the mobile however it is written, such as the last four digits. If nothing matches, the page says so; try the last few digits of the mobile.
The page works from any device signed in to your account: a phone behind the counter, the till computer, a tablet. Two devices can stamp at once; each press is recorded one at a time against the member, so two presses are two stamps and a full card never mints two codes.
What the page does not do: add a member, edit a number, delete a member, export the list, or show the date of the last stamp. Members join and leave themselves. For a removal, email hello@notachain.com.au with the member as shown on the page.
