For caterers
A card for the office manager who orders lunch every month
A caterer's best customers are not at a counter every morning. They are office managers, clubs and families who order again and again, often the same platters. A stamp card on the mobile of the person who places the order rewards the repeat booking, and an email to the club reaches them before the Christmas party season fills your calendar. Counter Club runs both.

What gets in the way for caterers
The person who orders is the customer
The office manager decides who feeds the meeting. A card on their own mobile, stamped per order, thanks the person who keeps choosing you rather than a company account.
Orders come by email and phone
There may be no counter at all. Put the join link in your quote emails and invoice footer, and stamp from your phone when an order is paid or collected.
December books out early
Every office wants the same three weeks of December. An email to the club in September, on a paid plan, gives your regulars first pick of the dates.
A worked example
Caterer work, with Counter Club
Bramble Table Catering is a fictional kitchen with a small pick-up counter, doing office lunches, wakes and family parties. An office regular orders a $380 meeting lunch about once a month: twelve orders and $4,560 a year. The owner sets the card at 6 stamps, one per paid order over $150, and writes the reward as "a free grazing platter with your next order". An office on that rhythm fills the card twice a year, and each platter costs the kitchen about $45 in food and an hour of work.
The join link sits at the foot of every quote email, and the QR is on the pick-up counter. In four months 85 customers join and the business moves to Regulars. In the second week of September the owner emails the 70 members who confirmed an address: "Christmas party menus are out. Club members can hold a December date without a deposit until the end of September." Twenty-one December dates are held within the fortnight, and the email used 70 of the month's 500 campaign messages.

Caterers on Not a Chain
Not a Chain ranks caterers by their Google rating, adjusted for how many reviews stand behind it, with chains left out. Figures as of October 2026.
See the caterers on Not a Chain. Being listed there has nothing to do with using Counter Club: no listing is sold and no rank changes.
Questions from caterers
Who gets the stamps, the person or the company?
The person, because the card belongs to the mobile number that joined. If two people at the same office place orders, each can join and collect their own stamps.
Do I need a counter to use it?
No. Share the join link in your quote emails and invoice footer; the customer joins from their own phone. Open Members on your phone and press Stamp when an order is paid or picked up.
Is a free platter too generous after six orders?
Six orders over $150 is at least $900 of business, and usually a good deal more. A platter costs you its ingredients and an hour, and it arrives at a meeting full of people who might order from you next.
