The Members page is where the stamping happens
Open Members on your phone or the till computer and you see the club, newest first. Each row has the first name or mobile, the stamp count, any reward codes waiting, the day they joined, and a Stamp button. That is the page you keep open on a Saturday.
Finding someone at the counter
A member tells you their first name or their mobile. Type it in the search box above the list: a first name, or any part of the mobile however it is written, such as the last four digits. Press Stamp on their row. The count updates straight away.
What a row tells you
Member: first name if they gave one, otherwise the mobile. Stamps: the running count towards the target. Rewards waiting: six-character codes for full cards not yet handed over. Joined: the date. A member who has stopped messages is marked as opted out, and still collects stamps.
- Search by first name or any part of the mobile
- Stamp count per member
- Reward codes listed until used
- Opted-out members marked, never hidden
The Stamp button
One press, one stamp. If that stamp reaches the target, the button shows "Reward earned" with the code, and the code also appears in the Rewards waiting column. The card starts again. Stamps are recorded one at a time, so two presses at once are counted as two stamps and a full card mints its reward once, never twice.
What you cannot do here
You cannot add a member, edit their number, delete them, or export the list. Members join themselves and leave messages themselves. If a customer asks to be removed entirely, email us and we will do it.
Questions about the members
Can I search the Members list?
Yes. The search box above the list finds a member by first name or by any part of their mobile, however it is typed. Without a search the list shows the whole club, newest first, 100 to a page, with Newer and Older links and a count of members.
Can I take a stamp back if I pressed by mistake?
Not from the dashboard. Email hello@notachain.com.au with the member and the time and we will correct it.
Can I see who has not visited in a while?
Not as a report. The list shows stamps and joined dates, not last-visit dates.

Setting the card takes two minutes. The first fifty members are free, paid for by a marketing consent instead of a card, and the card runs in full from day one.
