Rewards
The reward appears while the customer is still at the till
When the stamp that reaches your target lands, Counter Club creates a reward code for that member and shows it next to the Stamp button. The card resets at the same moment. You give them the free coffee, the loaf, the bunch, whatever you wrote, right then.
How a code is made
Six characters from letters and numbers, with the look-alikes left out, so A and 4 can be read across a counter but 0 and O never collide. The code carries the reward text as it was set when the card filled, so a later change to the reward does not change what this member earned.
Where you see it
On the member's row in Members, in the Rewards waiting column, and in the note next to the Stamp button at the moment it is earned. A member can hold more than one waiting code if they filled the card twice before claiming.
Handing it over
Give the reward at the counter. Do it on the visit the card fills where you can, so the customer walks out with something in hand. If they would rather save it, the code stays listed on their row for next time.
Stamps past the target
If a member somehow has more stamps than the target when the card fills, the extra carries into the new card. Nothing is lost by a double press during the rush.
Questions about the rewards
Can I mark a reward as used?
Not from the dashboard yet. The code stays in the Rewards waiting column. Hand over the reward the moment it appears and nothing is left waiting.
Can the reward be different for different members?
No. One card, one reward, written on the Loyalty card page. You can change it over time, and codes already earned keep the reward they were earned under.
Put the QR by the till this week
Setting the card takes two minutes. The first fifty members are free, paid for by a marketing consent instead of a card, and the card runs in full from day one.
