Campaigns need a paid plan. On Regulars you send by email. On Local Favourite you send by email or by text from your own number.
Open Campaigns. Under Send by, choose Email, or SMS if you are on Local Favourite and have your sending number. For email, write a subject; it is used as the subject line. Write the message. Email bodies can be up to 5,000 characters; text bodies up to 300, and shorter is better. Press Save draft.
The draft appears in the list below with a Send now button. Read it there. There is no test send to yourself, so read it twice. Press Send now and confirm when it asks whether to send to everyone in the club now.
Who gets it: every member who has not opted out. For email, only members who gave an address when they joined and then confirmed it from our link. For text, every member with a mobile, which is all of them. Members who opted out are skipped without exception.
Every message carries that member's own opt-out link. Texts open with your shop name. Email footers say why they are receiving it and how to stop. You do not add any of that; it is always there.
After the send, the campaign shows as sent with the number delivered.
