For clothing boutiques

A card that makes the new season a reason to visit

A boutique's regular buys a few times a season and wants to see new stock first. The card rewards the fifth purchase; the campaign tells the club the new season has landed. Counter Club does both from one dashboard without a customer ever installing anything.

What gets in the way for clothing boutiques

Purchases are infrequent and large

A per-visit stamp with a target of five and a reward worth a real discount fits a boutique. Ten stamps does not.

New season is the whole story

Twice a year the stock changes. Telling the club by email or text, on a paid plan, is how a hundred regulars find out in a day.

Sale periods punish loyalty

If the regular paid full price in March and the stranger got 40% off in June, the card is how you thank the regular.

A worked example

Clothing boutique work, with Counter Club

A fictional boutique, Lido and Lane, sets the card at 5 stamps for $40 off the next purchase. One stamp per visit over $80. The QR sits on a small card by the mirror and at the till. Over a season 130 customers join. In late February, on Local Favourite, the owner texts: "Autumn is in. Club members see it first on Thursday from 5 to 7, with a glass of something and 15% off." Thirty-one come. Six fill a card that evening and use their codes before they leave.

Questions from clothing boutiques

Can I combine the reward with a sale?

That is your rule to write on the sign. A clear option is to say the card reward applies to full-price items only. The software does not enforce it.

Can I stamp an online purchase?

Only when the customer is in the shop and gives you their number. There is no link to a web store.

How often should a boutique message?

New season, a club-only evening, and maybe a birthday month offer. Four to six times a year keeps it welcome.

Put the QR by the till this week

Setting the card takes two minutes. The first fifty members are free, paid for by a marketing consent instead of a card, and the card runs in full from day one.
