A card for the household that brings you every cracked screen
Nobody plans a cracked screen, so a phone repair shop's regulars are not weekly. They are households and tradies who break a phone or two a year, and who buy their cases, cables and screen protectors from whoever fixed the last one. A short stamp card on their mobile keeps all of that at your counter. Counter Club runs it.

What gets in the way for phone repair shops
Repairs are a grudge purchase
Nobody is happy paying for a cracked screen. A stamp, with a reward in sight, turns a bad day into the first of several visits.
Accessories drift online
Cases and chargers are easy to order from a phone. A card that stamps accessories over $20 as well as repairs gives the customer a reason to buy them at your counter instead.
Their phone is the one on your bench
A customer cannot scan your QR while their phone is in pieces. Ask them to join at collection, with a working phone in their hand, and stamp the repair then.
A worked example
Phone repair shop work, with Counter Club
Tinker Bay Phone Repairs is a fictional shopfront in a suburban shopping strip. A screen replacement is around $180, a battery $95, and cases and chargers $25 to $60. A family of four might bring in three repairs and half a dozen accessories in a year, about $650 all told. The owner sets the card at 5 stamps, one per repair or accessory purchase over $20, and writes the reward as "$40 off your next repair". A household like that fills the card in about seven months.
The QR is on the counter where repaired phones are handed back. Staff hand the phone over, check it works, and ask: "Want to join the card while you are here?" The six-digit code goes to the phone that was just fixed, which doubles as a test that it can receive texts. In four months 140 customers join and the shop moves to Regulars. When the new phone models arrive, the owner emails the 90 members who confirmed an address: "Cases and screen protectors for the new models are in. Club members get a protector fitted free with any case this month." Twenty-six come in, and the shop sells more cases in a week than it did all the month before.

Questions from phone repair shops
When should a customer join if their phone is on the bench?
At collection. Hand the repaired phone back, ask them to scan the QR on the counter, and press Stamp once they appear on the Members page. The six-digit code is texted to the phone in their hand, so it has to be working first.
Can a business with several phones join?
The card belongs to one mobile number. A tradie who looks after the crew's phones can join once and collect stamps for every repair they pay for, if your rule allows it.
Is a repair shop too occasional for a card?
With five stamps and accessories counted, no. The reward is meant to reach a household within a year, and to be the reason their next case comes from you rather than a website.
